Jona is the creative director behind the BOSS Kids Empire, a 40-week commercial training program in the tri-state area. Dancers receive accelerated training in hip hop, contemporary, street jazz, and various genres.

The BOSS Kids performed at the MACY'S Thanksgiving Day Parade, NY City Dance Parade, and have been featured on network TV with Wonderama, and FOX Dance Squad.
